Project Update - Smart Quarter from iQ INTELLIGENTES WOHNEN & ROCKETHOME

Our project „Smart Quarter“ in Ludwigsburg in cooperation with iQ ITELLIGENTES WOHNEN enters an exiciting new phase!

In January the interior construction will start with the support of ROCKETHOME in the area of the smart home solutions. Among others specific smart home equipment concepts and service packages preconfigured and integrated into the individual apartments. They offer maximum comfort and lifestyle for future residents and will be ready for occupancy by mid-2020.

The optimal connection of different smart devices makes it possible to achieve the highest possible added value for residents. Fully in line with the idea of smart quarters, the project also serves a networking tool to connect the neighbors with each other, who, for example, have access to a common room with bar, TV system and other lifestyle products via an intelligent door lock. Furthermore, they are part of the iQ-Club, which facilitates the daily life of users through additional bookable services such as laundry and shopping services as well as a cleaning service.
