Forward-looking partnership - ROCKETHOME integrates WILKA access solution
Since 2010, ROCKETHOME GmbH has been offering smart building solutions for the real estate industry across Europe. With its cloud-based platform "ROCKETHOME Estate", the Cologne-based company has created a digital experience for residents, owners, managers and service providers. Platform users can view, use and book their approved devices as well as a variety of smart services and electromobility products, such as heating and lighting control, indoor climate optimization or charging activity. With the digital access solution "easy" from WILKA, ROCKETHOME now also offers smart access for houses and apartements on its platform. The access is no longer via a key, but via smartphones and other identification media, such as transponder cards or key fobs. For the first time for the WILKA solution, access management is carried out via a shared IoT cloud.
Reliability and trust
"We looked at the various digital access solutions offered on the market," says Yüksel Sirmasac - ROCKETHOME founder and CEO. "WILKA not only convinced us with their expertise and product quality," Sirmasac explains further. "The entire cooperation was characterized by reliability and trust from the very first conversation." And WILKA CEO Robert Schlieper is also convinced by ROCKETHOME: "ROCKETHOME was already known to us as an important pioneer in the field of digitalization of residential and office buildings," says Schlieper. "In addition to the expertise in software intelligence and IoT cloud, we were particularly impressed by the speed with which our smart access solution was integrated into the platform."
From the first workshops until the integration of the WILKA products into the ROCKETHOME platform, only a few weeks passed. And the first live deployments of the WILKA access solution via "ROCKETHOME Estate" were not long to come. Thus, within just a few months, ROCKETHOME and WILKA were already able to successfully implement many large-scale projects together in the residential construction segment. Both companies will sustainably expand their cooperation in the field of digital access solutions and successively offer further cloud functions.
